GREASE FOR HOT FORGING AG-4 and AG-4M

Composition:
This grease for hot forging is a water-based suspension of fine graphite, prepared using stabilizing additives. The grease for hot forging can be of two types:
- AG-4
- AG-4M.
Field of application:
The grease for hot forging is applied to forming tools in the process of hot forging of steels and alloys on presses and automatic lines. Grease AG-4M is a thickened water-based suspension:
- applied to forming tools in the process of hot forging of steels and alloys on presses and automatic lines;
- possesses extremely high separation and anti-friction properties;
- comes in the form of concentrate, diluted by tap water when applied.

Packaging, Transportation
The grease is packed in plastic barrels. Nominal net weight of the packed product is 50 kg. Greases AG-4 and AG-4M are shipped by any transport in accordance with the corresponding transportation rules at +1°C to +35°C.
