Composition: A conditioning additive (CA) is a compound of industrial oils, solid hydrocarbons (paraffin hydrocarbon waxes) and fatty amines.

Field of application: Used for scuffing and caking preventative treatment of mineral fertilizer pellet surfaces. Depending on the purpose, three types of conditioning additives are available:

• type A - with amines from 2% to 18% wt;
• type AT - with amines from 2% to 8% wt;
• type B - without amines.

Types A and AT of the CA are designed to prevent scuffing and caking of mineral fertilizers, type B is designed to prevent scuffing of mineral fertilizers.

Composition: Rail greases are based on mineral oil and contain organic and mineral thickeners, adhesives and an additive package.

Field of application: Rail Greases MS-27 and MS-27z are designed to reduce wear of rails and wheel flanges. Grease is applied to the rail-head side edge with the use of railroad lubrication cars. By order of Russian Railways JSC as of January 20, 2012 No.76р "On the admission of lubricants", Rail Grease MS-27 ТУ 2113-0047040322-2009 produced by the KGP company is admitted to be used at Russian Railways JSC. Rail Grease MS-27z is used in winter at the air temperature from -10°C to -45°C. On the basis of acceptance tests carried out by the Railway Research Institute (JSC "VNIIZhT"), Rail Grease MS-27z has advantages over other lubricants used at negative temperatures:

• - critical load (Pcr) (921N);
• - welding load (Pw) (over 4381N);
• - a better viscosity-temperature characteristic.

The research conducted by Rostov State Transport University has showed that Rail Grease MS-27z does not cause segregation of metals.

Composition: This is a water-based suspension of fine graphite with multi-functional additives. Three types of ASV are available:

• ASV-A;
• ASV-K;

ASV-KS contains graphite of different dispersion degrees.

Field of application: ASV-A is used as a lubricant for hot and warm forging of parts made of steel and alloys and for other metal forming processes. ASV-K is used as a lubricant for hot pressing of aluminum on cable hydraulic presses. ASV-KS is used as a lubrication and separation material for forms in hot forging of steel parts. Depending on the material and the complexity of products, ASV-KS is diluted with water at the ratio from 1:1 to 1:20. ASV-KS contains graphite with various particle sizes. High content of fine graphite allows for efficient coating of metal surfaces, while larger particles provide maximum thermal stability. At the same time, the concentrate retains high stability and can be easily diluted with water. Field of application: Dry colloidal graphite products are used as components for making graphite compounds and greases, chemical and corrosion resistant coatings; as additives in pelletization of a filler in the production of anti-friction materials; as components for the rubberized fabrics, as well as for making contacts and resistors in radio engineering and for other purposes. These dry colloidal graphite products are fire-explosion-proof and non-toxic.

Field of application: Two types of graphite compound used for making rail grease are available: RS-6 "V" and RS-6 "Vu". This grease is used in railway transport and applied to the rail-head side edge of curved rails to reduce wear of rails and wheel flanges of railway rolling stocks. This grease reduces wear by 10 times, energy consumption for electric traction and diesel fuel consumption for diesel traction by 5-7%. It can be used in all weather conditions and at any time of the year. Graphite compound for rail greases RS-6 "V" and RS-6 "Vu" is a low-hazard substance.
